The weather was only decent for the first day, so I left a couple
of days later,
not
knowing
that
a friend
of mine had just arrived on the island and spotted me from a bus he was on.
The weather was so bad that a coconut tree had come crashing down through
the roof of one of the bungalows near mine and it was not easy sleeping at
night. |
