The Wedding of Sunny (성현) and Won-mi (원미)

Sunny is the coordinator of Changwon's weekly Korean classes for foreigners.

Won-mi is one of the kind locals who give their time to help the likes of myself learn their language.

Here's HJ and myself with

before the ceremony.

This guy must surely be Won-mi's
father walking her down the aisle.

The couple and the person marrying them then talk for a while...

...which is quite boring for those who don't understand Korean...

...and even more boring for HJ, who does understand Korean!

They begin married life with a bang as streamers
fall in celebration of their union.

Special effects help to dramatise
the cutting of the cake with the newlyweds' parents.

Finally, there's a chance for everyone to get photos and to be in them.

Oh, and I missed the part where I, and the rest of the Korean class got up in front of everyone to sing 당신은 사랑 받기 위해 태어난 사람, a Korean love song.

The next wedding is of Aussie Mike to his K-girl, Pearl, at Changwon's Hotel International on Saturday, 18th December.
