Changwon College

I signed a 12-month contract to teach English at Changwon College as a visiting professor from March 2004.

The College teaches vocational subjects and the students in my conversational English classes are on a variety of courses, including Information Technology, Automobile Mechanics, Business, Tourism, Teaching, and more.

About half of my classes are in the evenings, when locals who work during the day (mostly mature adults) come to study.

A great atmosphere is created by the greenery on campus, including many trees, lawns, flowers, ponds and fountains, and, for a couple of weeks in April, the cherry blossoms pictured here.
