Jonen Freight Destructional Success Story
Almost three months since I left it in the capable hands of a freight company in South Africa, and having paid a total of more than USD650 to get it from Zambia to Korea, my African souvenirs today arrived in the following condition:

"CWT Globelink group is committed to link our customer’s cargo to anywhere in the world. With our network of offices, efficient transshipment hubs, well connected inland distribution points quality agents as well as integrated freight management systems. CWT Globelink delivers to our customers reliability, efficiency, flexibility and best value added services, achieving our motto : 'In Unity, We Link The Globe'" - CWT Globelink website
"Jonen Freight prides us in specializing in a personalized service, which varies from client to client, based on their demands and requirements." - Jonen Freight Website
I really can't say who's to blame. Jonen Freight, inadequately packaged the items, but then the numerous "fragile" stickers were obviously ignored during transport.
(Nationwide Airlines, incidently, had managed to transport the item with no damage done, as did three taxis).
